The role will focus on ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of financial data and business processes within HealthEdge and related healthcare systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for HealthEdge financial applications and data processes.Validate healthcare financial data, including claims, payments, adjustments, balances, and financial transactions.Perform SQL-based data validation and source-to-target reconciliation.Test ETL pipelines and validate data transformations, business rules, and financial calculations.Reconcile financial data across source, HealthEdge, and downstream systems.Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies, calculation issues, and integration defects.Develop and execute automated regression and data validation test cases.Build and maintain reusable test automation frameworks and scripts.Validate application and data changes through regression testing.Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Data Engineers, and Product teams to analyze requirements and resolve defects.Support production releases, data migration activities, and post-deployment validation.Document test scenarios, test results, defects, reconciliation results, and overall test coverage.Required SkillsStrong HealthEdge and/or healthcare finance domain experienceStrong SQL skillsExperience with ETL/data testingFinancial data validation and reconciliationHealthcare claims and financial transaction testingRegression and integration testingTest automation experienceStrong data analysis and troubleshooting skillsPreferred SkillsExperience with HealthEdge HealthRules or related HealthEdge productsKnowledge of healthcare payer processesExperience with claims, benefits, premium, payment, and financial dataPython or other automation scripting languagesExperience with healthcare data standards and payer systemsExperience with cloud data platforms and modern data warehouses/Lakehouse environmentsCI/CD and automated testing integrationExperience5+ years of QA/testing experience, with strong hands-on experience in SQL, ETL/data validation, reconciliation, and test automation.
