Job Description: AI DeveloperPosition: AI DeveloperEmployment Type: Full-Time or ContractorDepartment: Technology / Engineering Role OverviewWe are seeking an AI Developer to design and build an intelligent document processing solution for the capital markets domain. The solution will be delivered as an API service that extracts structured data from financial documents, returns it in a predefined JSON format to auto-fill web application forms, learns from user feedback, and reuses results for previously processed documents to avoid redundant processing. Key Responsibilities Build AI Solution as an API Service Design, develop, and deploy the AI solution as an API service.Ensure the API is secure, scalable, and well-documented.Support multiple document input formats (PDF, Word, scanned images). Process Capital Market Documents and Return JSON Build an AI/NLP pipeline to process capital market documents and extract relevant information.Return the extracted data as JSON in a predefined schema (key-value pairs).Ensure the key-value response values can be directly used to auto-fill fields in a web application form.Maintain high extraction accuracy across different document layouts and formats. Learn from User Feedback Implement a mechanism for users to provide feedback on incorrect extracted values.Enable the solution to learn from this feedback and improve future extraction accuracy.Maintain a feedback dataset and a process to continuously refine the model or extraction logic. Reuse Results for Already Processed Documents Detect previously processed documents (e.g., using document hashing or fingerprinting).Store and reuse existing results so the same document is not processed again.Implement caching/storage logic with proper handling of updates and invalidation. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience in AI/ML or NLP-focused software development.Proficiency in Python and API development frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, or Django REST).Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.Experience with document processing and OCR tools (Tesseract, AWS Textract, Azure Document Intelligence).Proficiency with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval systems.Knowledge of JSON schema design and mapping data to form fields.Familiarity with caching technologies (Redis or similar) and storage solutions.Understanding of feedback loops, model fine-tuning, or retraining workflows.Strong understanding of REST API design and API security (OAuth2, JWT). Good to Have Prior experience in capital markets, fintech, or financial document processing.Familiarity with document intelligence platforms (AWS Textract, Azure Document Intelligence, Google Document AI).Experience with vector databases or embedding-based retrieval.Experience with MLOps practices (model versioning, monitoring, retraining).
