Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.Gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources.Translate business requirements into meaningful KPIs, metrics, and visualizations.Create automated data pipelines and reporting workflows.Perform data modeling, data cleansing, and validation to ensure data quality.Develop executive-level dashboards for productivity, operational performance, cost savings, and business outcomes.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.Conduct trend analysis, forecasting, and root-cause investigations.Support governance, documentation, and dashboard standardization initiatives.Drive adoption of self-service analytics and data-driven decision making.Technical Skills3–8 years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence.Strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI (Dashboards, DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling).Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.Experience with Excel (Advanced) including Power Pivot and Power Query.Good understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts.Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise systems.Knowledge of ETL processes and data transformation techniques.Preferred SkillsExperience with Python or R for analytics.Exposure to Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Fabric, or Snowflake.Understanding statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.Familiarity with AI-driven analytics and Copilot-enabled reporting.Experience in engineering, healthcare, manufacturing, or R&D environments is an advantage.Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions.Self-driven with strong ownership and delivery mindset.Ability to present insights to leadership and executive stakeholders3 Must Have Skills:3–8 years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence. 4/5Strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI (Dashboards, DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling). 4/5Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
