AI Data Collection & Annotation EngineerIn this role, you will support the development and improvement of AI models by collecting, annotating, reviewing, and validating high-quality image and video datasets.A significant part of the role will involve hands-on data collection and data annotation, working according to predefined scenarios, annotation guidelines, and AI model requirements.You will be responsible for ensuring that collected and annotated data is accurate, consistent, and suitable for AI model training and evaluation.The role also includes basic functional testing of camera systems and Firmware versions as part of the data collection and verification process.ResponsibilitiesPerform data collection of images and videos for AI model training and validation.Execute data collection scenarios according to predefined requirements and test conditions.Perform data annotation and labeling according to detailed annotation guidelines.Review annotated data and ensure high levels of accuracy, consistency, and completeness.Work with camera systems and dedicated setups for collecting data under different environments, conditions, angles, distances, and scenarios.Support improvements to data collection and annotation processes based on project needs.Report technical issues identified during data collection activities.RequirementsFamiliarity with Windows OS environments - MUST0–1 years of experience in Data Annotation, Data Collection, Manual QA, or a similar technical role.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy during repetitive annotation tasks.Ability to follow detailed technical guidelines and predefined procedures.Experience working with image and video datasets - Advantage.Experience with annotation tools such as CVAT or similar annotation platform - Advantage.Good documentation and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
