Front End Developer - React & Redux

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
• Develop backend features using Ruby 3.3.x and Ruby on Rails 8.x.
• Build modern and responsive frontend applications using React and Redux.
• Develop and maintain unit and integration tests using RSpec, Cucumber, and Capybara.
• Build prototypes and Proofs of Concept (POCs) for new features and technologies.
• Participate actively in team meetings, Agile ceremonies, and development activities.
• Conduct and participate in peer code reviews as part of the SDLC and change management processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Follow software engineering best practices related to coding, testing, documentation, and maintainability.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of full-stack web application development experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and React.
• Strong experience with Ruby, Rails, React.js, and Redux.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience developing automated tests using RSpec, Cucumber, and Capybara.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, normalization, and ORM concepts.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a development team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in English is required.
