Role OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Senior QA Analyst with a decade-plus track record of ensuring excellence in high-traffic web environments. You will take full ownership of the quality lifecycle for a suite of four critical portals: three customer-facing platforms and one high-stakes business backend system used for query resolution. (summary of the portals furnished below)This role is built for a proactive professional who thrives in an environment of repeated regression cycles, rapid change requests (CRs), and urgent production bug fixes. You should be a "self-starter" in the truest sense—able to architect test plans, execute simple SQL queries, and manage stakeholders without handholding. Application Scope Management Console - MC will act as a backend and only the Customer Relation Team can access the application to perform the backend operations.British Standards Online - BSOL is a subscription-based application where users will get access to the application based on subscription start date and end date and users can access the documents during that time.Compliance Navigator - CN is a medical-related application where the user can access the documents and manage regulatory information for Medical Devices and In Vitro Diagnostic products with UK, EU and MDSAP requirementsStandards Development Portal - SDP is an application where users can register and login into the application in SD users will stay up to date with the progress of standards that affect you and your industry. Key Responsibilities•End-to-End Test Management: Lead the strategy and execution for System Integration Testing (SIT) and comprehensive Regression suites across four distinct web portals.•Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the flow of frequent Change Requests (CRs) and customer-reported bug fixes, ensuring patches do not compromise existing functionality.•Backend & Data Validation: Utilize SQL scripting to validate data integrity, troubleshoot backend issues, and verify that the business user portal correctly able to processes customer queries.•Tool Expert: Worked with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar test management and defect tracking tool for managing test plans, suites, and defect tracking with meticulous detail.•Proactive Problem Solving: Identify potential bottlenecks in the release process and suggest improvements before they impact the customer experience.•Stakeholder Collaboration: Work as a bridge between developers, product owners, and customer support teams to translate business requirements into robust test scenarios.
