The role is suited to someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to learn scalable engineering practices.Key Responsibilities1. Develop and maintain automation scripts for mobile, web, desktop, and API test scenarios.2. Support Appium-based mobile automation and Android Studio workflows.3. Assist with Playwright automation for web and integration testing.4. Write and maintain REST API tests.5. Support mobile app automation and basic mobile network validation activities.6. Use Python and PowerShell to build reliable automation utilities and test helpers.7. Work in Linux & Windows environments to run tests, troubleshoot issues, and support CI execution.8. Follow coding standards and contribute to modular, reusable automation code.9. Collaborate with senior engineers to debug issues and improve test coverage.10 Support Jira/Xray updates and test reporting as needed.Required Skills1. Hands-on coding experience in Python.2. Basic to intermediate experience with Appium.3. Basic to intermediate experience with Android Studio.4. Basic experience with Playwright.5. Basic experience with REST API testing.6. Exposure to desktop and mobile app automation.7. Working knowledge of PowerShell and Linux8. Support GitLab CI/CD pipelines, unit test execution and troubleshooting.9. Good understanding of coding standards and clean code practices.10. Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.11. Ability to work in a structured team environment.Good to Have1.
