People Experience Partner — 5–7 Years (Senior Specialist / Lead)Role OverviewThe People Experience Partner will be responsible for driving a positive, engaging, and employee-centric workplace experience. The role will partner closely with business leaders and employees to deliver people initiatives across the employee lifecycle, strengthen engagement, and support organizational effectiveness.Key Responsibilities• Act as a trusted People/HR partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on people-related matters. • Drive employee engagement, culture, and people experience initiatives. • Manage key employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, internal mobility, performance management, and offboarding. • Partner with managers on performance, employee relations, career development, and team effectiveness. • Analyze employee feedback and people data to identify trends and recommend improvements. • Support talent management, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives. • Collaborate with HR/People teams on policies, programs, and process improvements. • Plan and execute employee communication, engagement activities, and culture-building programs. • Ensure a consistent and positive employee experience across different teams and locations. • Coach managers on effective people practices and help build strong leadership capabilities. • Handle sensitive employee matters with discretion, empathy, and sound judgment. Required Experience & Skills• 5–7 years of experience in HR, People Experience, HR Business Partnering, or a related function. • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle and people practices. • Experience partnering with managers and business leaders. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills. • Ability to handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially. • Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret people metrics and employee feedback. • Strong problem-solving and influencing skills. • High level of empathy, ownership, and confidentiality. • Experience working in a fast-paced or high-growth organization is preferred. Education• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. • Master’s/MBA in HR or a related discipline is an advantage.
