Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers, providing technical guidance and code reviews. Establish automation standards, coding guidelines, and quality gates to ensure maintainable and scalable automation solutions. Estimate automation efforts, track progress, and provide status updates to stakeholders. Automation Framework DevelopmentDesign, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks using C#, Selenium WebDriver, SpecFlow, and NUnit. Enhance existing BDD automation frameworks to improve reusability, maintainability, and execution efficiency. Ensure automation frameworks support cross-browser and cross-platform testing through BrowserStack. Test ExecutionAnalyze automation execution results and provide detailed defect reports and test metrics. Identify suitable test cases for automation and continuously increase automation coverage. Ensure automated tests are integrated into the software development lifecycle. CI/CD and DevOps IntegrationImplement, maintain, and optimize automated test execution within Azure DevOps Pipelines. Support and enhance Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices. Configure automated test triggers, reporting mechanisms, and deployment validations. TroubleshootingUtilize strong C# programming skills to solve complex automation challenges and improve framework performance. Debug failures in automation scripts, test environments, and integrated systems. Perform root cause analysis of automation issues and recommend permanent solutions. Optimize test execution times and improve framework stability. Collaboration & Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with developers, QA teams, business analysts, product owners, and senior engineers to understand requirements and identify automation opportunities. Provide technical recommendations on testability, quality risks, and automation feasibility. Communicate automation progress, risks, and quality metrics to project stakeholders. Quality Engineering & Continuous ImprovementPromote shift-left testing and quality engineering practices. Continuously evaluate and implement new automation tools, technologies, and industry best practices. Drive improvements in test coverage, automation effectiveness, and overall software quality.
