Experience: 4–8 years in SAP testing, with relevant hands-on experience in SAP PM and SAP MRS.Domain Experience: Utilities, preferably electricity, gas, water, or energy.Testing Type: Functional testing experience in S/4 HANAKey ResponsibilitiesPerform manual functional testing of SAP PM and SAP MRS applications in the Utilities domain.Understand business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows to develop test scenarios and test cases.Test end-to-end maintenance processes, including:Maintenance notification creation, modification, and closure.Maintenance order creation, release, execution, confirmation, and technical completion.Preventive and corrective maintenance processes.Equipment, functional location, and maintenance task list validation.Work order planning, scheduling, and resource allocation using SAP MRS.Validate resource availability, capacity planning, scheduling conflicts, and technician assignments in SAP MRS.Test integration between SAP PM, SAP MRS, and other relevant SAP modules or external applications.Perform System Integration Testing (SIT), functional testing, regression testing, and business process testing.Validate master data, transactional data, order statuses, and data consistency across integrated systems.Execute test cases, document actual results, capture evidence, and report defects.Perform defect retesting, regression testing, and support defect triage meetings.Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, developers, and other testing teams to resolve issues.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test data preparation, and release validation.Maintain test documentation, execution status, and defect reports using tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or SAP Solution Manager.
