Job Title: Salesforce (SFDC) Copado CRT Test EngineerLocation: IndiaJob Summary:We are looking for experienced Salesforce (SFDC) Copado CRT Test Engineers to support a large-scale enterprise Salesforce transformation and testing initiative. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) and Salesforce testing with the ability to drive testing activities in a fast-paced Agile environment.Key Responsibilities:• Perform end-to-end testing for Salesforce (SFDC) applications and integrations• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT)• Collaborate with product owners, developers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and validate solutions• Identify, document, track, and support resolution of defects• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, and retrospectives• Ensure high-quality deliverables with strong attention to detail and testing best practices• Provide regular updates and proactively communicate risks, blockers, and mitigation plansRequired Skills & Experience:• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce (SFDC) testing• Experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) automation tools• Experience in test automation frameworks and regression testing• Experience in AI-assisted development/testing tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor AI or similar• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies• Experience with defect management and test management tools• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skillsSoft Skills Required:• Strong ownership mindset• Quality-focused with attention to detail• Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication skillsAdditional Notes:• Candidates are expected to contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up time• Strong accountability and delivery ownership are critical for success in this role
