Senior Performance Test Engineer – Healthcare DomainExperience: 8+ YearsRole OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Performance Test Engineer with 8+ years of experience in Performance Testing/Engineering, preferably in the Healthcare domain. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in scripting, workload modelling, test execution, monitoring, performance analysis, and stakeholder management.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute load, stress, volume, endurance, and scalability testing.Develop and maintain performance scripts using LoadRunner/LRE, NeoLoad.Perform API and end-to-end performance testing for healthcare applications.Develop workload models based on business volumes, concurrency, and transaction mix.Monitor application and infrastructure performance using Dynatrace, Splunk, Mulesoft/Workato, and AWS CloudWatch.Analyze response time, throughput, error rates, CPU, memory, and other resource utilization metrics.Identify performance bottlenecks and perform root-cause analysis.Collaborate with application, infrastructure, DevOps, and other technical teams to resolve performance issues.Prepare performance test plans, execution reports, dashboards, and recommendations.Support release readiness and performance sign-off activities.Communicate performance results, risks, issues, and recommendations effectively to technical and business stakeholders.Independently manage performance testing activities and coordinate with multiple stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle.Required Skills8+ years of Performance Testing/Engineering experience.Strong Healthcare domain experience.Hands-on experience with LoadRunner/LRE and/or NeoLoad.Good experience in API performance testing and workload modelling.Strong understanding of performance monitoring and bottleneck analysis.Experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, and AWS CloudWatch.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
