What you will do and what we expect:Review, define and execute test plan, test cases and strategies for testing overall CC surfacesTimely partner concern of any anticipated delays, blockers and issues with the assigned QE lead and ownerTimely execution of test scenariosIdentify gaps and suggest process improvementsDevelop and implement test strategies to ensure product qualityDesign/test from customer viewpoint to ensure a good product experience. Have to be good at customer advocacy.\Work closely with QE lead and Dev team to deliver the key product featuresSense of complete ownership - own, complete end to end testing and delivery of assigned featuresThink out of the box to identify both functional and non-functional test scenariosTriage, raise and prepare, consolidated defect reportsDevelop and maintain acceptance test cases, regression test suites and other relevant testing documentsStrong background in Black box, Regression and Exploratory testing, with good lateral and critical thinking skillsGrowing the overall technical knowledge & expertise of the teamWhat you need to succeed:Bachelors/Master's or equivalent experience in Computer Science or any related fieldOverall experience 1-3 years in software testing and quality engineering domainExposure to any scripting language (Python etc)Experience with REST based web service is desiredExcellent problem solving and decision-making skillsMeticulous with a focus on processes and strong follow-up skillsExperience in desktop and web application testingUnderstanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and working experience in agile environment is strongly desiredGreat attention to detail and ability to identify, isolate and raise defects in complex software featuresExcellent communication skills requiredProduct based testing experience is added advantageMust haves:Functional Testing - 4/5API Testing - 4/5Agile - 3/5
