A senior full-stack engineer who can own a feature end-to-end — from API design through deployment on Azure. Comfortable leading on architecture decisions and mentoring more junior engineers.Education & Background• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field• 6+ years of professional development; at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacityTechnical Skills• Coding Languages: strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; working knowledge of SQL, Java or C#, and ideally R Shiny, PHP, C++• Web markup/styling: HTML, CSS, XML• Experience integrating LLM-backed applications (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)• Frontend frameworks: React (required); React Native or Angular a plus• Backend frameworks: FastAPI, Flask, Django, Node.js/Express, or .NET• APIs and microservices design; REST and (ideally) gRPC• Azure platform: App Service, Functions, Storage, Key Vault; familiarity with Databricks is a plus• CI/CD software deployment lifecycle principles; Git repo usage and commands• Strong API/web service security and data security practices and methods• Understanding of Agile development best practicesRoles & Responsibilities• Discuss Business Requirements with stakeholders and translate them into software solutions• Build Clean Code across frontend and backend, aligned to user requirements and project specs• Documentation: design docs, READMEs, and code comments such that all role players gain a clear understanding of the code• Test and Debug thoroughly; address functional issues and bugs• Collaborate with AI engineers, frontend engineers, UX, and product managers in building software• Deploy and Maintain software components on Azure; verify systems and troubleshoot existing code• Provide architectural input on AI-product surfaces; mentor mid-level developers• Work individually with minimal supervision as well as in team environmentsSoft Skills• Team Player — key element factor in our group; we vouch for each other• Communication — excellent written and verbal English• Time Management — strong organizational and time-management skills• Responsibility — trustworthy person; owns the project and flawlessly deliversNice to Have• Prior work in regulated industries (pharma, healthcare, finance)
