Key ResponsibilitiesPerform functional, regression, integration, system, and smoke testing for web applications.Analyze business and functional requirements to prepare comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.Execute manual test cases and report defects using defect tracking tools.Validate responsive web applications across different browsers and devices.Perform API testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or similar platforms.Validate API requests, responses, authentication mechanisms, status codes, and data integrity.Create and maintain API test collections and automate API execution where applicable.Develop and maintain basic automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks.Execute automated test suites and analyze test execution reports.Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.Work closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to ensure product quality.Perform database validation using SQL queries when required.Participate in root cause analysis and assist in resolving production issues.Ensure proper test documentation including test plans, test cases, execution reports, and defect reports.Continuously identify opportunities to improve QA processes and test coverage.Utilize AI-powered tools to improve productivity in test case generation, documentation, defect analysis, and automation support.Must HavesWeb Application TestingAPI TestingKnowledge of AI toolsGood to haveAutomation Testing
