Dates 12/10/2026 – 30/04/20275x Test Analyst – OffshoreRole Title: Finance Test AnalystLocation: Offshore – IndiaRole Purpose:The Oracle Fusion Finance Test Analyst will be responsible for the design, preparation, execution and evidence capture of User Acceptance Testing for Oracle Fusion Financials.The role will work as part of an offshore testing team and support the delivery of UAT test phase. The Test Analyst will work along with the Senior Test Analyst and collaborate with NWL onshore Test Manager, Test Lead and Workstream Leads (WSL’s)Key ResponsibilitiesTest Analysis and Preparation•Review business requirements and solution design documentation (SDD’s)•Analyse Oracle Fusion Finance business processes and identify appropriate test scenarios and test conditions.•Design and maintain detailed test cases and test scripts in ADO.•Ensure test cases cover positive, negative and exception scenarios in an efficient manner.•Support requirements-to-test traceability.•Prepare and validate test data required for test execution.•Participate in test case reviews and walkthroughs.Test Execution•Execute assigned Oracle Fusion Finance test cases in accordance with the agreed test plan and schedule.•Validate Oracle Fusion configuration against expected business outcomes.•Execute functional and regression testing.•Capture appropriate test evidence in ADP.•Update test execution status accurately and promptly.Defect Process•Identify, document and raise defects with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence.•Perform initial analysis of test failures.•Re-test resolved defects.•Execute regression testing following fixes or configuration changes.Oracle Fusion Finance ScopeThe Test Analyst should have knowledge and experience across relevant Oracle Fusion Finance areas, including:•General Ledger•Accounts Payable•Accounts Receivable•Cash Management•Fixed Assets•Expenses•Intercompany•Tax•Budgetary Control•Financial ReportingKnowledge of end-to-end Finance processes would also be beneficial, including:•Procure to Pay (P2P)•Record to Report (R2R)•Order to Cash (O2C)Reporting and Communication•Update ADO daily, liaison with the Senior Test Analyst•Highlight test blockers and dependencies promptly.•Maintain accurate test execution and defect information.•Participate in offshore team stand-ups and test status meetings.•Escalate issues through the Senior Test.Required Skills and Experience•Professional tester qualification •Experience testing Oracle Fusion Financials or other ERP•Strong understanding of Finance business processes.•Experience designing and executing functional test cases.•Experience with defect management processes.•Experience using Azure DevOps.•Ability to analyse requirements and translate them into test scenarios.•Break down test scenarios and test cases ensuring test conditions are covered in an efficient many •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.•Good written communication skills.•Experience working within an offshore / onshore delivery modelSummary The Test Analysts are primarily responsible for hands-on test delivery, while the Senior Test Analysts act as a communication bridge (20%) to the appropriate onshore Test Lead in addition to hands on delivery (80%). The Test Leads will then face off to the WSLs to facilitate efficient & effective communications whilst minimising the impact on the WSL’s.
