Test Automation Engineer

Qualitest is looking for a Role: Test Automation Engineer

Experience: 4–6 years (hands on automation with growing domain expertise)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a B1 level Test Automation Engineer with solid experience in C#, Selenium automation, API and database testing, and working knowledge of Life & Annuity insurance systems.

The candidate will contribute to automated testing initiatives and support CI/CD driven quality processes

.3 Must have skills:

Automation Skilled with C# and Selenium 4/5

Strong API and DB testing skills 4/5

Insurance (Life, Annuity)

Domain skills with experience on working on policy administration systems 3/5

Must Have Skills:

Hands on experience with test automation using C# and Selenium

Strong API testing skills and good SQL/database testing experience

Experience in Life & Annuity insurance domain

Exposure to working on policy administration systems

Basic to intermediate experience with CI/CD pipelines

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts

Perform functional, regression, API, and database testing

Create and execute test cases based on business requirements

Integrate and execute automation tests within CI/CD pipelines

Analyze automation execution results and report defects

Support continuous testing as part of Agile sprint cycles

Collaborate with developers and senior QA members to resolve issues

Ensure test artifacts are updated and reusable

Good to Have:

Exposure to BDD frameworks

Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jenkins

Basic understanding of insurance workflows and policy lifecycle
