Senior Full Stack Developer

And we are looking for a dynamic team player with hands-on coding ability, who can understand and design complex solutions while collaborating with the team members in a fast-paced R&D environment.

What You'll Do as a Senior Full Stack Developer 

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern backend and frontend technologies
• Build robust, high-performance backend services and APIs with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability
• Develop intuitive and responsive user interfaces using React JS
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, and product stakeholders to design and implement complex technical solutions
• Contribute to system architecture, technical design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Integrate messaging, caching, and data storage technologies to optimize application performance
• Design and implement distributed, event-driven systems and orchestration workflows
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices to improve productivity and code quality
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring within the development team

Required Qualifications 

• Strong analytic and algorithmic skills suitable for understanding and designing complex backend architectures
• 5+ Years of Java Development experience
• At least 1 year of experience with React JS or other framework 
• In depth experience with Spring Boot, Spring Integration
• Experience with Messaging systems: Kafka, Rabbit, Redis
• Experience with at least 1 between NoSQL DB (Elasticsearch / Solr) and Relational DB (MySQL, Postgress, Oracle, SQL Server)

A plus if you have:

• Experience with Distributed Cache: Redis/Ignite or other Distributed Cache solution
• Experience with working / designing orchestrators using Apache Flink or other tools
• Experience with Agentic Coding (Claude Code / Codex) and AI System Design (Claude Cowork or equivalent)
• Experience with GraphQL
