We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing team in Argentina or Mexico!

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join the Data Security & Risk team. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders and IT leadership to drive strategic data initiatives, enhance security processes, and support the delivery of innovative, AI-enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT leadership to define and execute product and project roadmaps.
Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Drive initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Continuously assess priorities, identify risks and opportunities, and manage key deliverables and milestones.
Partner with cross-functional teams to shape product vision, strategy, and feature prioritization.
Define and enhance user experiences, support models, and monitoring capabilities for internal stakeholders.
Maintain and prioritize sprint backlogs, balancing business needs and technical requirements.
Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring successful delivery of data-focused solutions.

Required qualifications

5 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong experience supporting data-related projects.
Demonstrated interest in and exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and use cases.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and requirement-gathering skills.
Proven ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams in complex environments.

Preferred qualifications

Technical background or strong understanding of IT systems and architecture.
Experience collaborating closely with technology teams on enterprise-level solutions.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product delivery frameworks.
