Overview

We are seeking a SAP Manual Test Analyst to support SAP enhancement testing for a retail inventory management project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP MM, WM, and P2P processes and be responsible for executing manual test cases, identifying defects, and supporting defect validation activities. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an Agile team environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP MM (Materials Management), WM (Warehouse Management), and P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes.
  • Hands-on experience executing manual testing for SAP applications and enhancements.
  • Experience identifying, documenting, and tracking defects through resolution and retesting.
  • Retail industry experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to provide clear status updates, progress reports, and escalation of blockers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute manual test cases for SAP enhancements related to inventory management.
  • Identify, document, and track defects; perform defect triage and retesting as needed.
  • Validate system functionality and ensure business requirements are met.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups and communicate testing progress, risks, and blockers.
  • Support ad hoc testing requests and test execution activities as directed by the Test Manager.
  • Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to ensure quality deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with eCommerce platforms and integrations.
  • Experience testing Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • Prior experience supporting retail inventory management initiatives.

  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
