Senior QA Automation Engineer

Seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer. The ideal candidate will have expertise in automation, data validation, enterprise testing, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions using:
  • Tosca (Required)
  • Java, Selenium, or TestNG (Required)
• Perform end-to-end testing for healthcare applications
• Analyze requirements and ensure test coverage and traceability.
• Execute SQL-based backend validation and data verification.
• Validate large-scale datasets using AWS Athena or similar Lakehouse technologies.
• Lead functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing efforts.
• Support CI/CD/CT implementation and continuous testing practices.
• Manage test cases, execution, and reporting through tools such as qTest.
• Oversee defect management, including logging, triage, tracking, and validation.
• Contribute to test strategy, risk assessment, and QA best practices.

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 7+ years of QA Automation and Testing experience.
• Strong programming experience in Java.
• Hands-on expertise with:
  • Tosca (Required)
  • Java, Selenium, or TestNG (Required)
• Strong SQL and database validation skills.
• Experience with AWS Athena and large-scale data validation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.

Testing Expertise

• Manual and automated testing methodologies
• Enterprise testing frameworks
• API and UI testing
• Test data management

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to convert business requirements into effective test scenarios.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced enterprise environments.

Preferred Certifications

• Tricentis Tosca Certification
• Other relevant QA Automation certifications
