Azure APIM & App Service Engineer (C1/C2)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Azure Engineer to deliver secure integration between Azure API Management (APIM) and Azure App Services, enhance application reliability, strengthen security controls, and improve DevOps maturity. The role will focus on cloud infrastructure, API management, automation, monitoring, and production readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and integrate Azure APIM with Azure App Services.
• Implement authentication, authorization, API policies, routing, certificates, and monitoring.
• Review, troubleshoot, and optimize Azure App Service configurations and performance.
• Design secure solutions using Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, Managed Identities, and Key Vault.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments across environments.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, logging, health checks, and operational runbooks.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Produce technical documentation, test evidence, and knowledge-transfer materials.
