We are looking for a Functional Test Analyst!
 
This is a full-time, hybrid position located in Lisbon.
 
Responsibilites:

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine and maintain the product backlog, ensuring user stories  and technical requirements are clear, testable, and aligned with business goals. 
  • Contribute actively to sprint ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives), ensuring quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle. 
  • Interpret complex specifications and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios and acceptance criteria that reflect real-world usage. 
  • Analyse business processes, data flows, and system interactions to identify test conditions and ensure coverage of critical paths. 
  • Design relevant regression testing using the adequate technique.
  • Work closely with developers, BA, and other squad members to design, and execute functional tests, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. 
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing updates, raising risks, and documenting findings in a structured manner.

 
Requirements:

• ISTQB Foundation Certificate (concluded)
  • At least 3 years in functional testing - fits in the Medium (3 to 7 years) profile.
  • Knowledge in Agile Scrum and experience working in Agile scrum teams.
  • English B2 or above - work language will be English.
  • Immediate or short term availability.
  • Needs to be located in Portugal, Portuguese language is a plus
  • Previous experience in insurance business is a plus, not mandatory
