IT Project Manager

We are looking for an IT Project Manager, with 3 - 7 years of experience for an exciting and challenging position!

This is a full-time, hybrid position located in Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium projects or workstreams within a programme/portfolio.
• Manage the projects using the Change Delivery Framework to agreed time, quality and cost
• Work with the Project Sponsor to build a robust business case for each project, clearly defining the key outcomes, benefits and measures and submit for approval.
• Work with the sponsor and business stakeholders to help transform their objectives into tangible  deliverables, outcomes, and clearly defined and measurable benefits.
•  Control and management of project budget
• Proactively manage risks, issues, actions and decisions and appropriately escalate to sponsors/steerco when required.
• Proactively manage resources, including external vendors and manage and monitor resource demand
• Continuously assess expected project outcomes to ensure the project will meet the benefits.
• Close projects, ensuring that we capture key lessons to transition them into continuous improvement.
• Coach and support less experienced members of the team and business in change management and project delivery.
• Follow data and security processes.

Requirements

• Experience of successfully delivering change with competing priorities.
• Experience of managing multiple concurrent projects of differing scale and scope
• Experience of planning and resource scheduling within the project process
• Highly results driven, with the energy and determination to succeed in a very fast paced environment where the pace of response and leadership is critical to success 
• Strong knowledge and experience of business process improvement and operational efficiency
• Strong project governance, control, and end-to- end software development life cycle (SDLC) experience
• Possess strong relationship management and influencing skills. Demonstrable experience of collaborating effectively with people at all levels within and external to the business
• Awareness of commercial management processes
