 This is a full-time, hybrid position located in Lisbon.

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with a strong background in manual software testing and hands-on experience in the insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test cases and test scenarios based on business requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.Identify, document, and track defects using Jira.
• Analyze business requirements to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Estimate testing efforts, prepare test plans, and track testing progress.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure software quality.

Job Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience in software quality assurance and manual testing - Mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in the insurance domain and understanding of insurance business processes – Mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of test case design, test execution, and defect reporting.
• Experience in test planning, estimation, and execution tracking.
• Proficiency in Jira for defect management and test tracking.
• Experience in functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand business requirements.
• ISTQB certification - Advantage.
