Senior Software Developer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-driven professional with strong expertise in the Microsoft technology stack, capable of designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications while working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Must-Have Technical Skills

• C# / .NET
• SQL Server & React or Blazor
• Azure Functions & Azure DevOps

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Azure Service Bus (Topics)
• Azure API Management (APIM)
• Power Apps
• Experience with event-driven and cloud-native architectures

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using C# and .NET.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs.
• Build and deploy Azure Functions for serverless and event-driven solutions.
• Implement messaging solutions using Azure Service Bus Topics.
• Manage APIs through Azure API Management (APIM), including policies, security, versioning, and monitoring.

Database Development

• Design and optimize SQL Server databases.
• Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and indexes.
• Troubleshoot and optimize database performance.
• Support data modelling and database maintenance.

Front-End Development

• Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using React and/or Blazor.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive user experiences.
• Ensure application performance, accessibility, and maintainability.

DevOps & CI/CD

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Support application releases across development, testing, and production environments.

Power Platform (Advantageous)

• Develop or enhance applications using Power Apps.
• Integrate Power Apps with Azure services and backend APIs where required.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong experience with C#/.NET development.
• Solid expertise in SQL Server and React and/or Blazor.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Functions and Azure DevOps.
• Experience working with Azure Service Bus and APIM is highly desirable.
• Power Apps experience is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
