We are seeking a Manual System Tester to join our team, providing testing services for development group in the Simulators Division.This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with strong technical skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. Our team develops advanced simulators for the defense sector, supporting platforms such as jet aircraft and other aviation systems. Many of our solutions share characteristics with the gaming industry, focusing on immersive and realistic simulation environments.

This is a full time on site position, located in Netanya!

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute manual software tests based on system specifications (ORS and design documents).

• Perform functional and non-functional testing, including regression, integration, and user acceptance tests.

• Manage and track defects, analyze root causes, and ensure timely resolution.

• Write comprehensive test documentation in line with organizational QA standards.

• Collaborate with developers, system engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the release lifecycle.

• Participate in formal milestones and acceptance reviews with customers.

Requirements

•  1–2 years of experience in manual testing – Must.

• QA Course / Certification – Must.

• Experience testing complex systems involving multiple components, interfaces, and environments.

• Strong ability to write and maintain test documentation according to QA methodologies.

• Experience working with Jira and Xray or equivalent test management tools.

• Understanding of CI/CD and release processes – Advantage

• Flexible working hours as required.
