We are looking for an Engineering Support Technician to join our team!
This is an on-site position located in Petah-Tikva.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for internal Wi-Fi and Bluetooth applications and tools
- Troubleshoot and analyse technical issues, logs, and system behaviour
- Support engineering and validation teams in daily activities
- Work with Linux and Windows environments
- Assist with lab setup, maintenance, and test environments
- Escalate and track bugs and technical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, validation, and integration engineersS
- upport automation and debugging processes
Requirements:
- Technical background in IT, Electronics, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows environments
- Understanding of networking, Wi-Fi, or Bluetooth technologies - advantage
- Experience with logs, debugging, or technical support - advantage
- Familiarity with Jira, scripting, or automation tools - advantage
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good English communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented engineering environment
