22887 - Engineering Support Technician

We are looking for an Engineering Support Technician to join our team!

This is an on-site position located in Petah-Tikva.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for internal Wi-Fi and Bluetooth applications and tools
• Troubleshoot and analyse technical issues, logs, and system behaviour
• Support engineering and validation teams in daily activities
• Work with Linux and Windows environments
• Assist with lab setup, maintenance, and test environments
• Escalate and track bugs and technical issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, validation, and integration engineersS
• upport automation and debugging processes 

Requirements:

• Technical background in IT, Electronics, or related field
• Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows environments
• Understanding of networking, Wi-Fi, or Bluetooth technologies - advantage
• Experience with logs, debugging, or technical support - advantage
• Familiarity with Jira, scripting, or automation tools - advantage
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented engineering environment
