23055 - Senior Project Manager

We’re Hiring: Senior Project Manager based in Kfar Saba.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, multidisciplinary projects with budgets of tens millions of dollars.

This role requires a strong leader with proven experience managing complex engineering, infrastructure, manufacturing, or capital investment projects from initiation through execution and successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of large, complex capital or strategic projects.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Manage project budgets valued in the multi-million-dollar range and ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and manage multiple external vendors, contractors, consultants, and service providers.
• Drive project governance, risk management, issue resolution, and executive reporting.
• Ensure alignment between engineering, operations, procurement, quality, validation, EHS, and business stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Lead steering committee meetings and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
• Manage contract execution, change orders, procurement activities, and vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, quality, safety, and company standards.
• Support commissioning, qualification, handover, and project close-out activities when applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of project management experience leading large-scale engineering, manufacturing, infrastructure, industrial, or capital investment projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects with budgets of tens of million dollars.
• Proven experience managing multiple vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Experience working within matrix organizations and global environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under demanding timelines.
• Fluent English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, chemical, food, or other highly regulated manufacturing industries.
• Experience leading greenfield, brownfield, facility expansion, or manufacturing site projects.
• Familiarity with GMP, GxP, validation, commissioning, or regulated environments is an advantage.PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification.
• Experience working with EPC contractors and international suppliers.
