We are looking for an Operations, Implementation & Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide operational and technical support for enterprise information systems, serve as the primary point of contact between end users and development teams, coordinate user requirements, and support system implementation and quality assurance activities. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, detail-oriented, and capable of working with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
This is a full-time position in Tel Aviv.
Responsibilities:
- Provide operational and technical support to users of enterprise information systems.
- Assist users in troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.
- Serve as the primary liaison between end users and the professional development team.
- Gather, document, and coordinate user requests for system enhancements and modifications.
- Support users during testing activities and assist in validating delivered solutions.
- Coordinate meetings with users, document action items, and monitor implementation progress.
- Coordinate QA testing activities and serve as the interface between QA and development teams.
- Understand and guide cross-organizational business processes involving both government and private sector entities within the maritime trade domain.
- Monitor implementation activities and ensure successful adoption of system enhancements.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience providing customer support for computerized information systems.
- At least 2 years of experience supporting external or diverse customer organizations.
- Basic understanding of Systems Analysis methodologies.
- Experience working with QA teams and supporting testing processes.
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; or
Completion of a professional Information Systems or QA course (minimum 300 hours); or
Completion of professional IT training totaling at least 400 hours; or
Relevant military technological experience (IDF or equivalent) with appropriate certification. - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
