We are seeking an experienced Customer Applications Team Leader to lead customer support and application implementation activities for enterprise information systems.
This role combines leadership, systems analysis, customer engagement, release management, and implementation of new services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven experience leading support and implementation teams.
This is a full time position located in Tel-Aviv
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the Customer Support and Application Implementation team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze business and system processes and route requests to the appropriate technical or business teams.
- Manage software release deployments, including coordination with customers, infrastructure teams, and relevant stakeholders.
- Plan and define implementation methodologies for new application releases, including user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, and deployment activities.
- Coordinate, document, and monitor customer requests throughout their lifecycle.
- Develop and deliver user training materials and implementation documentation.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and connectivity to organizational messaging systems.
- Lead the implementation of new services for the maritime trade community.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement of enterprise applications.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Systems Analysis.
- At least 5 years of experience leading an Application Support and Implementation team.
- Strong understanding of enterprise information systems, application lifecycle, and release management.
- Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and software deployment activities.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage customer-facing projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering (Information Systems specialization), Information Systems, or a related field; or Bachelor's degree in another discipline with at least 200 hours of advanced Information Systems training; or Practical Engineer diploma in Computer Science, Technology, or Industrial Engineering with at least 300 hours of Information Systems training; or Advanced Information Systems training totaling at least 400 hours, including recognized Systems Analysis certification.
