We are seeking a creative, independent, and technology-driven professional who enjoys taking ownership of the entire development lifecycle—from concept to delivery. You'll transform complex information into clear, engaging learning experiences; write, design, and produce high-quality digital learning assets; integrate AI into every stage of the development process; and support video production and studio operations for learning content.

Responsibilities:

• AI-Powered Learning Development: Daily use of AI tools for content analysis, instructional writing, design, video production, assessment creation, task automation, workflow optimization, and accelerating the production of high-quality learning assets.
• End-to-End Instructional Design: Analyzing needs, defining learning objectives, breaking down complex subject matter, and converting it into clear, accurate, and effective learning solutions.
• Content Writing & Development: Writing instructional content, scripts, microcopy, quiz questions, exercises, and learning tasks.
• Visual Design & Production: Creating design concepts and physically producing digital learning assets, animated videos, graphic packages, and supporting materials.
• Video Production & Studio Operations: Planning, filming, and producing learning videos, including basic operation of a filming studio, audio/video equipment, studio setup, presenter support, and post-production editing tailored for digital learning.
• Training Delivery & User Support: Delivering periodic training sessions and providing ongoing support for enterprise information system users, as needed.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Exploring, implementing, and continuously improving workflows through the integration of new AI methodologies in learning and production processes. 

Requirements  

• At least 1 years of experience in digital learning development, instructional design, or learning development – Must.
• Proven hands-on experience in developing digital learning solutions end-to-end, including instructional writing, scripting, visual design, and production – Must.
• Practical, daily proficiency with AI tools for content analysis, writing, scripting, design, video, production, and workflow optimization – Must.
• High proficiency in instructional writing, microcopy, and scriptwriting for digital learning and video – Must.
• Proficiency with digital authoring and production tools such as Articulate Storyline, Vyond, and Adobe tools (experience with equivalent tools will be considered) – Must.
• A portfolio showcasing digital learning assets, with an emphasis on smart scripting, visual pedagogical thinking, AI usage, and video production – Must.

Advantages (Nice-to-Have):

• Experience in military instructional or training units.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), particularly Open edX.
• Experience in instructional design, training delivery, and/or user support for enterprise software systems.
• Hands-on experience in video production or basic operation of a filming/recording studio.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects.
• Strong English proficiency, including developing and producing learning assets.
• Bachelor's degree in Learning Technologies or a related field.
