 We build and test services and products using AI, working across data, models, platforms, devices, and infrastructure to ensure those systems perform as expected at scale 

Responsibilities:

• Managing procurement processes: Tracking orders, working with suppliers, and ensuring adherence to schedules and delivery conditions.
• Managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and monitoring distribution processes.
• Excel: Utilizing Excel for data analysis, creating reports and graphs, and performing complex calculations.
• Collaboration: Working with various teams within the organization to improve processes and maximize efficiency materials.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers.
• Track and update inventory levels in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
• Prepare shipping documents, customs forms, and delivery notes.
• Support purchasing and production planning by ensuring materials availability.
• English: Fluent writing and speaking in English.

Requirements:

• Entry-level or up to 2 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or warehouse operations – an advantage (relevant military/academic background or internship is a plus)

• Previous experience in procurement/logistics/warehouse roles – a significant advantage.

• High proficiency in Excel (including advanced formulas and data analysis) – mandatory.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong command of English (both written and spoken) – mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
