This role combines hands-on lab support and hardware troubleshooting with software development, focusing on building automated tools for lab management and control.

Responsibilities   

• Triage and support lab hosts, systems, and platforms.
• Diagnose and debug hardware-related issues.
• Perform system and platform version upgrades.
• Support the lab team in troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues.
• Develop and maintain fully automated lab management and control tools.
• Design and develop software solutions to improve lab operations, efficiency, and automation.

Requirements  

• Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Proven software development experience - Must.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python- Must.
• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field – Preferred.
• Experience in Full-Stack development - Preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, with the ability to work across software and hardware environments.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical and lab teams.
• Availability to work from the Haifa site.
