This role combines hands-on software testing, close collaboration with development and engineering teams, and active participation in key project milestones within a dynamic and technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Write, maintain, and execute test cases based on Operational and System Requirements (ORS).
• Perform functional and non-functional software testing.
• Identify, document, track, and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Work closely with developers, system engineers, and integration teams to investigate and resolve issues.
• Participate in formal testing activities, project milestones, demonstrations, and customer acceptance events.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with system requirements.
• Support testing activities at customer sites and remote operational locations as required.

Requirements:

• Military background as an Armored Corps soldier or experience as an Armored Corps simulator/team trainer instructor.
• Full-time availability (100% position).
• Willingness to travel across Israel and work at remote sites when required.
• High motivation, strong learning ability, and proactive attitude.
• Good technical skills and strong analytical problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary development and testing teams.
• Good English skills, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Previous experience in Manual Software Testing. - Advantage.
• QA/Software Testing course graduate. - Advantage.
• Familiarity with QA methodologies, testing processes, and defect management tools. - Advantage.
• Experience working with complex, multidisciplinary, or simulation-based systems. - Advantage.
• Strong technical background. - Advantage.
• Military leadership or command experience. - Advantage.
