Responsibilities:

• Write test cases based on system requirements and specifications.
• Execute test cases and document defects.
• Perform system validation and verification activities.
• Analyze test results and support troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Participate in customer acceptance tests and milestone events.
• Work closely with System Engineering, Development, Integration, and QA teams.
• Ensure full traceability between requirements, test cases, and test results.

Requirements:

• Experience in System Testing of complex multidisciplinary systems or experience with HMD/HMS, avionics, aerospace, defense, or similar operational systems – Must.
• Familiarity with software development and testing methodologies, including requirements-based testing, STLC, V-Model, defect management, and traceability – Must.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Ability to investigate and troubleshoot complex system issues.
• High level of technical English, both reading and writing.
• Self-managed, independent, and highly motivated.
• Basic programming knowledge. - Advantage.
• Experience with Python. - Advantage.
• Practical Software Engineer / Technician certification. - Advantage.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary systems involving hardware, software, networking, embedded systems, sensors, or operational platforms. - Advantage.
