We are looking for a Software QA Manual Tester to join a development and integration team.

The role involves close collaboration with the software development team and active participation in field experiments within a challenging and technology-driven environment.

This is a full-time position in Haifa

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
• Identify, record, thoroughly document, and track bugs.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
• Monitor debugging process results.
• Test ballistic calculations, algorithms, and software for ballistics applications.

Requirements:

• Practical Software Engineering- an advantage.
• Technical sense and background - must.
• Good English skills- must.
• Python- must. C# & C++- an advantage.
• QA course graduate- an advantage.
• JIRA & Confluence knowledge- an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Fast learner with the ability to work independently.
