 We build and test services and products using AI, working across data, models, platforms, devices, and infrastructure to ensure those systems perform as expected at scale 

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze security alerts and incidents received from SIEM and other security monitoring systems.
• Investigate security incidents using dedicated security tools and handle them independently when possible.
• Escalate incidents to the relevant IT and infrastructure teams and follow up through resolution.
• Document and close incidents in the incident management system.
• Collaborate with Information Security, IT Infrastructure, Support teams, and system users to investigate and resolve security incidents.
• Support IT Infrastructure teams with information security-related activities as needed.
• Manage the ongoing operation of log and alert forwarding to the organization’s monitoring and alerting systems.

Requirements:

• At least 1 years of experience in information security monitoring, SOC operations, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with security technologies such as Firewalls, Antivirus (AV), IDS, and other security solutions.
• Experience working with SIEM systems.
• Familiarity with network topology and basic knowledge of communication protocols.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Information Security certification or completion of an Information Security course totaling at least 100 training hours, in Israel or abroad.
• Willingness to work 24/7 shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to perform tasks related to information security, IT systems, and communications.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Fast learner with curiosity and a willingness to develop professionally.
