We are looking for an experienced QA Tester to join our team and take an active role in ensuring the quality of complex desktop, web, and mobile applications.The role involves end-to-end manual testing, working across multiple projects, identifying and investigating issues, and collaborating closely with various stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

This is a full time position located in Tel-Aviv.

Responsibilities

Plan, design, and execute comprehensive manual test plans and test cases independently.
Perform end-to-end testing of desktop, web, and mobile applications (Android & iOS).
Identify, document, and track quality defects, ensuring bugs are reported clearly, concisely, and with actionable information.
Prioritize issues based on severity and business impact, distinguishing between critical blockers and lower-risk defects.
Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to detect and investigate issues efficiently.
Serve as a QA focal point for relevant stakeholders and provide clear status updates throughout the testing process.
Identify and utilize internal resources and tools to support and improve existing QA processes.
Work effectively across multiple projects simultaneously while managing priorities and deadlines.
Adapt to ongoing changes in tools, products, operations, and internal procedures.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in manual QA testing of desktop, web, and mobile applications (Android & iOS).
Hands-on experience with API testing.
Experience working with SQL, including JOIN queries.
Experience working with dashboards and data validation.
Strong knowledge of QA processes and methodologies, including defining, identifying, and implementing test procedures.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to quickly learn new products and independently perform deep-dive investigations.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize numerous tasks simultaneously.Strong ownership, proactive approach, and a can-do attitude.
Excellent attention to detail while maintaining a broad, system-level perspective.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Advantages: Academic degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience leading projects or testing activities.
Experience working with offshore teams or resources.
Experience with Selenium-based automation or other test automation solutions.
Experience working on high-impact consumer products within large organizations.
