We’re Hiring: AI Vibe Coding Engineer based in Rishon LeZion

We are looking for a highly creative and technically strong AI Vibe Coding Engineer / GenAI Prototyping Developer who can rapidly transform ideas into working prototypes using AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to build proof-of-concepts, internal tools, LLM-powered applications, AI workflows, and next-generation user experiences.
Leveraging tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, MCP servers, and modern full-stack frameworks to accelerate development and experimentation.

Requirements:

2 years of hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and ChatGPT.
Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Golang, or Node.js.Experience with React and/or Next.js, REST APIs, microservices, and Git/GitHub.
Solid understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, AI agents, and MCP.
Experience building and rapidly iterating on software prototypes and proof-of-concepts.
Ability to work effectively in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and highly experimental environment.
Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking skills.
Experience with GenAI application development is highly preferred.
Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search is an advantage.
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks is an advantage.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage.
Experience integrating enterprise systems with AI-powered workflows is an advantage.
Strong product intuition and the ability to balance development speed with engineering quality.
