We are seeking an On-Site Lab Integrator to support the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and integration activities of Intel's Bluetooth laboratory.
Responsibilities

Laboratory OperationsManage laboratory equipment, inventory, and technical documentation

Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot lab PCs, laptops, servers, sniffers, access points, and other test equipment

Maintain existing hardware and software test environments
-
Prepare, configure, and bring up new laboratory and testing setups
-
Integrate new equipment and test environments into the existing lab infrastructure
-
Ensure lab equipment and setups are operational and available for engineering teams
-
echnical Support & Integration:Provide first-level technical support for laboratory hardware and software issues.Troubleshoot PCs, operating systems, network connectivity, remote access, and test equipment

Troubleshoot integration issues between hardware, software, and laboratory equipment.Support FPGA-based setups and related integration activities

Perform basic Wi-Fi and Bluetooth functionality testing, including device pairing, connectivity validation, and IOP device testing.Analyze logs and assist in identifying the root cause of technical issues

Support lab users with equipment, connectivity, configuration, and setup-related issues.Work closely with development and testing teams to resolve laboratory-related technical problems

Scripting & Technical DocumentationRead, understand, and troubleshoot existing Shell and Python scripts
-
Perform basic scripting and simple modifications when required for laboratory operation and troubleshooting
-
Use scripts and existing tools to support setup, maintenance, and integration activities
-
Create and maintain technical documentation, setup instructions, and troubleshooting procedures
Requirements
-
Systems & Networking:Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
-
Hands-on experience with PC hardware, peripherals, and laboratory equipment
-
Knowledge of wired and wireless networking configuration and troubleshooting
-
Experience with hardware and software integration
-
Experience supporting PCs, servers, network infrastructure, and remote-access environments
-
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues systematically
-
Basic understanding of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth technologies is an advantage
-
Scripting & Analysis:Basic scripting capabilities in Shell and/or Python
-
Ability to read, understand, and make basic modifications to existing scripts
-
Basic log analysis and troubleshooting skills
-
Knowledge of test execution and validation processes
-
Advanced programming or test automation development experience is not required
-
Required Soft Skills:Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Good technical communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical tasks

Physical Requirements:Ability to install, move, and position laboratory and test equipment

Ability to handle electronic components, cables, connectors, and peripherals

Ability to work in a laboratory environment while following ESD and safety procedures

Preferred Qualifications:2+ years of experience in laboratory operations, hardware integration, technical support, system integration, or electronics testing.Experience working with Windows/Linux-based laboratory environments

Experience with networking and wireless test environments

Familiarity with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, FPGA, or RF-related test equipment is an advantage

Basic Shell and/or Python scripting experience

Experience working in an engineering, validation, or R&D laboratory environment is an advantage

Working Conditions:On-site laboratory position

Hands-on work with computers, networking equipment, electronic hardware, and specialized test equipment
