We are looking for a V&V Engineer to join us.

The V&V Engineer is an integral part of the product development lifecycle, including integration and testing activities. This role requires agility, strong attention to detail, and a diverse technical skill set to manage a wide range of tasks and operations. The position involves gaining and applying knowledge in verification and validation (V&V) processes, including testing, assembly and disassembly, test equipment design and maintenance, calibration, environmental screening, modifications, troubleshooting, and repair.

This is a full time, on site position located in Netanya.

 

  

Responsibilities 

 

  • Advocate for quality and testing, promoting design for testability and resolving issues that may block testing efforts.

  • Develop test protocols and reports, and conduct formal testing to verify and validate the safety and effectiveness of new and existing products.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Regulatory, System Engineering, Mechanical, and Software teams.

  • Stay up to date with regulations and best practices Human Factors for medical devices (e.g., IEC 62366, AAMI HE75, FDA guidelines).

  • Perform R&D testing according to defined protocols.

  • Document test results as raw data in compliance with QA requirements.

  • Troubleshoot and investigate abnormal test results.

  • Analyze and summarize test data, and generate comprehensive reports

 

  

Requirements 

 

  •  Degree in Biomedical / Electrical / Software / Mechanical Engineering.

  • At least 2 years of experience in V&V (medical device company – preferred).

  • Strong mechanical hands-on skills, including proficiency with hand and power tools.

  • Technical orientation and analytical thinking.

  • Responsible, hands-on approach.

  • Ability to understand multidisciplinary systems.

  • Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English.

  • Basic knowledge of SolidWorks – an advantage
