We’re Hiring: a Manual QA to join our Talent Team and help us grow the company in , full-time.

This is a Full Time Position in Netanya.

Responsibilities

Plan, design, and execute hands-on manual test cases for Dismounted Soldier System Solution.
Validate Android applications – C4I solutions.
Validate tactical distribution and routing – cross platforms and networks.
Identify, document, and track software defects with clear and detailed bug reports – Jira environment.
Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
Writing test plan documents, ATPs, STDs, etc.
Work closely with developers and cross-functional teams to investigate issues and ensure timely resolutions.
Contribute to improving QA processes and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.
Test executions on customer site abroad.

Job Requirements

2+ years of experience in software quality assurance and manual testing – must.
Experience in System Testing of complex multidisciplinary systems – must.
Experience working with multidisciplinary systems involving hardware, software, networking, embedded systems, sensors, or operational platforms. - must.
Hands-on experience testing Android / SDR applications.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Good command of English, with the ability to write clear bug reports, test documentation, and communicate effectively within a global team.
Self-managed, independent, and highly motivated.
High-level English.
