We’re Hiring: Application Product Owner AI – Focus based in Be'er Ya'akov.

The position plays a key role in driving AI adoption to enhance software development processes, improve code quality, increase productivity, and accelerate organizational innovation.

Responsibilities:  

• Define and manage the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for enterprise AI tools and applications.

• Gather business and technical requirements, prioritize product backlogs, and align development with organizational goals.

• Lead the implementation, integration, and adoption of AI-powered tools across software development teams.

• Establish AI usage best practices, training programs, and organizational change initiatives.

• Ensure secure AI integration with development environments, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise platforms.

• Manage AI vendors and collaborate with Development, DevOps, IT, and Information Security teams.

• Ensure compliance with security policies, data protection standards, and AI governance requirements.

• Define quality standards and KPIs to measure AI adoption, development productivity, and solution performance.

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous innovation.

   

   

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably with technical products or enterprise software.

• Familiarity with AI technologies, including LLMs, AI-assisted coding tools, and machine learning platforms.

• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, or Kubernetes.

• Basic understanding of information security, data protection, AI governance, and technology risk management.

• Strong product ownership skills, including requirements gathering, backlog management, prioritization, and roadmap planning.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration, organizational change, and technology adoption.

• Excellent analytical, strategic, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.

• Preferred: Background in software development or engineering, enterprise AI implementation, AI tool integration, and vendor management.

• Proactive, innovative, adaptable, and collaborative mindset, with strong leadership and continuous learning capabilities.
