24276 - TVC Procurement Owner & Expenses Analyst

We are looking for a TVC Procurement Owner & Expenses Analyst to support the Silicon Engineering organization in managing procurement operations and financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), supplier quotes, and PO modifications.
• Monitor procurement budgets, PO balances, spending, and financial commitments to ensure accurate tracking and compliance.
• Oversee invoice tracking, reconciliation, and payment processes, resolving discrepancies in collaboration with Finance, Accounts Payable, and vendors.
• Maintain and optimize procurement trackers, financial dashboards, and reporting tools to support budget monitoring and expense analysis.
• Prepare financial reports, spending forecasts, variance analyses, and expense accruals to support management decision-making.
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for suppliers, coordinating procurement activities, billing inquiries, and payment statuses.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in procurement operations, financial analysis, P2P processes, or invoice reconciliation.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, including complex formulas, Pivot Tables, and financial tracking.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or similar), with a solid understanding of PO management, invoicing, and financial processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent English and Hebrew, and the ability to collaborate with global teams and vendors.
• Experience in high-tech, semiconductor, hardware engineering, or R&D environments - Advantage
