We are looking for an Enterprise Architect – to join our growing team in the United States! 

Location: US Remote

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect / Test Architect to lead an initial 4-week assessment focused on evaluating test maturity, defining improvement opportunities, and supporting automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP testing experience, expertise in establishing Quality Management Office (QMO) / Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) frameworks, and experience driving enterprise-level testing transformations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a comprehensive assessment of current testing maturity, processes, tools, and capabilities.
• Develop a future-state roadmap based on assessment findings, industry best practices, and stakeholder input.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assessment activities and provide regular updates on progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with automation teams to support proof-of-value initiatives for key end-to-end test scenarios.
• Provide guidance on test strategy, governance, automation approach, and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Analyze existing testing practices and recommend enhancements to improve quality, efficiency, and scalability.
• Support the development of QMO/TCoE frameworks and operating models.

Required Qualifications

• Strong SAP testing experience in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience establishing or transforming Quality Management Office (QMO) or Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) programs.
• Experience as a Test Architect, Enterprise Architect, or similar senior testing leadership role.
• Experience with test automation strategy and implementation.
• Familiarity with Tosca or similar enterprise test automation tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience conducting test maturity assessments.
• Experience defining enterprise testing roadmaps and governance models.
• Background supporting large-scale SAP transformation initiatives.
• Consulting or advisory experience in quality engineering and testing strategy.
