Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect / Test Architect to lead an initial 4-week assessment focused on evaluating testing maturity, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting test automation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring strong SAP testing experience, expertise in establishing Quality Management Office (QMO) / Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) frameworks, and a proven track record of driving enterprise-level testing transformations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive assessments of current testing maturity, processes, tools, and capabilities.
• Develop future-state roadmaps based on assessment findings and industry best practices.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assessment activities and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with automation teams to support proof-of-value initiatives for key end-to-end test scenarios.
• Provide guidance on test strategy, governance, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Recommend enhancements to improve testing quality, efficiency, and scalability.
• Support the development of QMO/TCoE frameworks and operating models.

Required Qualifications

• Strong SAP testing experience in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience establishing or transforming QMO or TCoE programs.
• Experience as a Test Architect, Enterprise Architect, or in a similar senior testing leadership role.
• Expertise in test automation strategy and implementation.
• Familiarity with Tricentis Tosca or similar enterprise test automation tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience conducting test maturity assessments.
• Expertise in defining enterprise testing road maps and governance models.
• Experience supporting large-scale SAP transformation initiatives.
• Consulting or advisory background in Quality Engineering and Testing Strategy.
