About the Role
The Data Management Specialist will interact heavily with business stakeholders understanding & defining business processes,  support enterprise data management, ensuring data integrity, quality, governance & security. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Informatica IDMC/IICS and Oracle Exadata technologies, with a focus on data validation, data governance, virtualization, and privacy. The candidate will collaborate with multiple teams to deliver reliable data management solutions. 

Must Have Skills:
*7 years experience
•Informatica IDMC/IICS: Strong practical experience with data integration and relevant data governance capabilities.
•Oracle Exadata & Database Technologies: Proven experience with Oracle Exadata Cloud at Customer (EXACC), Oracle AI Data Platform, Exadata Cloud Service (EXACS)
•Data Governance & Cataloguing: Understanding of metadata management, data lineage, data discovery, and data quality practices.
•Data Virtualization & Federation: Knowledge of federated data access and virtualization across heterogeneous data sources.
•Communication & Stakeholder Management: Good communication and interpersonal skills, defining business processes and managing stakeholder expectations
•Delphix: Experience with virtualization, data provisioning
•Data Privacy & Masking: Understanding of PII protection, data masking techniques, and secure data handling.

Good to Have Skills
•Cloud Platform Exposure: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS. Snowflake exposure is good to have.
•AI Awareness: Exposure to AI technologies and their potential applications in data management.
•Hospitality domain – Loyalty, Reward programs

 
Key Responsibilities
•Design business processes for handling end-to-end data lifecycle for stakeholder requests including data retention policies. 
•Perform end-to-end data management, including source-to-target lineage, data completeness, integrity, transformation accuracy and archival.
•Leverage Informatica IDMC/IICS for ETL, data integration, metadata management, cataloguing, and data lineage activities.
•Support data virtualization and federation across heterogeneous data sources, considering performance, consistency, and security.
•Work with Oracle Database, EXACC, and EXACS platforms to support migration, validation, and troubleshooting activities.
•Support Delphix-based data virtualization and masking workflows.
•Implement and validate data masking strategies to protect sensitive information and PII across enterprise environments
