Delivery Manager
We are seeking a high-impact Delivery Manager based in the Bay Area with previous Google experience, this role sits at the intersection of delivery excellence, stakeholder management, and solutions development—acting as both an operational quarterback and a trusted strategic advisor to our key stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
- Client Delivery Oversight
- Serve as the delivery manager embedded with the Google Bay Area-based client stakeholders, building deep trust and day-to-day partnership
- Oversee delivery quality across Google Bay Area delivery sites, ensuring consistency, timeliness, and measurable value
- Partner with delivery leads to proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks, escalating appropriately and assist ownership on end-to-end resolution
- Partner closely with COE delivery managers across North America to align on standards, capacity, and performance
Stakeholder Management & Engagement
- Own the client relationship at the day-to-day and mid-level stakeholder tier, becoming a trusted advisor and go-to partner
- Lead client connects and ensure stakeholder satisfaction metrics trend positively
- Develop a deep understanding of client business priorities, challenges, and organizational dynamics to anticipate needs before they are voiced
- Maintain and track relationship health, open risks, and expansion signals
Solutions Architecture & Pipeline Development
- Act as a solutions-oriented thought partner, generating points of view, capability narratives, and POCs that address client challenges and unlock new value
- Translate delivery insights and client intelligence into differentiated proposals that expand scope and growth
- Collaborate with sales leadership and other delivery manager to develop and solution frameworks, and business cases to client stakeholders
- Participate in opportunity shaping, RFP responses, and deal qualification for expansion and new work within the account
Internal Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Contribute to rhythm of business ceremonies, QBR preparation, and strategic account planning
- Provide ground-level intelligence on client sentiment, competitive dynamics, and trends
- Support delivery leads on the account, raising the bar on delivery craft and client engagement
Required Qualifications
- Previous Google experience
- 8+ years of progressive experience in delivery management, account management, or a hybrid client-facing leadership role within a technology services, consulting, or outsourcing environment
- Demonstrated track record managing complex delivery programs with accountability for quality, timelines, and client outcomes
- Experience engaging client stakeholders with confidence and credibility
- Strong commercial acumen with experience identifying and progressing expansion opportunities within existing stakeholders
- Ability to think architecturally translating business problems into solution narratives and capability-driven proposals
- Excellent communication and executive presence
- Based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in one or more of the following: digital transformation, enterprise software delivery, AI/data services, managed services, or product engineering
- Solutions architecture or pre-sales experience, including authoring points of view, and capability decks
