We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our growing team in Dallas, TX

 

Role - Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Location - Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

Work Schedule: MST or PST (You will requested to work until 4 pm PST).

 

 

Main Purpose of the Role

The People Experience (PX) Partner serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, managers, and employees, providing expert guidance on people-related matters while delivering a seamless employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle. This role partners closely with stakeholders across the organization to support talent, performance, employee relations, compliance, and organizational initiatives, ensuring employees have a positive and engaging experience at Quality AI.
The PX Partner is expected to operate independently, manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, and contribute to both regional and global People Experience initiatives that support organizational growth and business objectives.

 

Position Responsibilities

  • Partner with designated business units and leaders to provide strategic and operational HR support.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on a broad range of people-related matters.
  • Manage and support a designated employee population throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Ensure a positive, compliant, and consistent employee experience across all stages of employment.
  • Support the implementation and execution of global, regional, and local HR/PX programs, initiatives, and organizational changes.
  • Promote compliance with company policies, U.S. employment laws, and HR best practices.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with employees, managers, and key business stakeholders.
  • Provide proactive business partnering support to assigned business units and functions.
  • Advise managers and employees on employee relations matters, performance management, workplace concerns, policy interpretation, and employment practices.
  • Lead and manage employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, performance concerns, and conflict resolution.
  • Apply a strong understanding of U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws to ensure compliance and mitigate organizational risk.
  • Review, recommend, and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with legal requirements and business needs.
  • Coordinate and support the performance management process, including coaching managers on performance-related matters.
  • Support employee separations and offboarding by partnering with managers and coordinating with offshore Shared Services team.
  • Partner with Benefits Manager to coordinate employee leave of absence programs in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Respond to employee and leadership inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion.
  • Support regional and global HR/PX projects and initiatives, including change management, employee engagement, process improvements, and organizational effectiveness programs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve employee experience, HR processes, and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

 

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience with significant emphasis on HR generalist responsibilities, employee relations, and employment law compliance.
  • Strong working knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience independently managing complex employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
  • Proven ability to lead and execute projects with minimal supervision while managing multiple competing priorities.
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong business partnering, problem-solving, and consultative skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across regional and global teams.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting global organizations and working with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Knowledge of immigration processes and employment authorization requirements.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.
  • Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
